How to Claim Your Prizes
All winning tickets must be validated at an On-Line terminal and claimed no later than 180 days from the draw date.
For Prizes $12,000 and Under:
- Prizes can be claimed and paid by any authorized NLCB retail agent
- Present your winning ticket to the retailer for validation
- The agent will validate and pay your prize immediately
- Ensure your ticket is signed and in good condition
For Prizes Over $12,000:
- Must be claimed at the National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB) office
- Bring valid government-issued photo identification
- Complete required claim forms and documentation
- Large prizes may require additional processing time
- Division 1 and 2 winners will receive special instructions for installment payments
Tax Information
Tax Deduction
A 10% tax will be applied to all winnings over $1,000.00. The prize amount will be rounded to the nearest dollar.

Critical Time Limit
Winning tickets must be claimed within 180 days (6 months) from the draw date. After this period, all prizes are forfeited and cannot be claimed.
- The ticket is the only valid proof of your selection and the only valid receipt to claim a prize
- The NLCB is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets
- Tickets, transactions and winners are subject to NLCB rules, regulations and procedures
- Tickets will not be paid and will be considered void if they were altered in any way, unissued, illegible, previously paid, mutilated, misprinted or not properly registered with the Lottery Central System
- Players must be 18 years or older to play and claim prizes
- Winners may be required to participate in NLCB publicity events
